The downloadable documents have PDF forms. In order to view or edit these documents, you must have the correct programme on your computer. If you don’t have this, then you can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC programme here.

1. Download the form onto the computer (with the green coloured ‘Download’ button)

2. Open the form from the folder that you have downloaded the Acrobat Reader DC programme (if you open the file in the browser, the ‘SEND’ button will not work and you won’t be able to save the edits made).

3. Complete the form and save it.

4. By pressing the ‘SEND’ button, your own emailing system will open and the PDF file will be in the unsent email. This is the chance to attach any needed pictures into the email. (If you attach more than one picture, you should name the pictures appropriately for an easier identification.)

5. To send the email you have to press the ‘SEND’ button again.
